Before you order.

Is this a CRT monitor?

It is a 20-inch IPS LCD with a PVM-inspired enclosure. Scanline and shadow-mask filters recreate elements of the CRT look; the display does not use a cathode-ray tube.

When will batch one arrive?

Batch one is scheduled to ship December 1, 2026. This is the shipment date, not a guaranteed arrival date. Transit time varies by destination.

Will it work with my retro setup?

Match your video output to the listed inputs. Specific systems, adapters, input timings, and PAL/NTSC handling have not yet been published as tested. Ask about your setup before ordering if compatibility is essential.

What are the shipping and preorder terms?

Confirm shipping costs, taxes, and supported destinations in PayPal before paying. Contact us before ordering if these details are unclear. The software store’s $9.95 disk shipping rate does not apply to this monitor. Warranty details have not yet been published.

Can I cancel or refund my monitor preorder?

Your preorder helps fund manufacturing of the first monitor batch. Once placed, orders are final: we do not offer voluntary cancellations or change-of-mind refunds.

This policy does not limit rights required by law or applicable PayPal protections, including any required remedy for non-delivery, defective goods, or shipping delays. If we cannot meet the announced shipping date, we will provide any required delay notice and cancellation/refund option.

For an order issue, contact support@spinnaker64.com with your PayPal transaction ID.
